Requirements:
- Must be ICU Trained and Experienced
- Proven Clinical facilitation skills
- Ability to mentor and train nursing effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Relevant nursing qualifications and certifications
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clinical training and development for nursing staff
- Oversee ICU clinical practices and ensure compliance with standards
- Support nurses professional growth and competency development
- Conduct skill assessments and competency evaluations for nursing staff
- Support and assist with the orientation of new staff
- Provide hands-on supervision and guidance during clinical procedures and patient care
- Ensure adherence to infection control, health and safety policies within the ICU's
- Serve as a role model for professional behavior and ethical clinical practice
